3 Vegetable
1 Starch
2 MWLC Nutritional Supplements

Suitable for all Freedom meal plans 

Ingredients:
1 portion boneless skinless Chicken Breast, shredded
½ medium Onion diced
1 cup Celery chopped
½ cup Carrots chopped
1 packet MWLC Cream of Chicken Soup Nutritional Supplement
1 packet MWLC Pancake Nutritional Supplement
12 Keebler Club Crackers crumbled

Directions:
Mix Cream of Chicken Soup Nutritional Supplement with water per directions on packet.

Mix Pancake Nutritional Supplement with water per directions on packet and set aside.

Mix ingredients in a ceramic crock with the Cream of Chicken soup. Pour the Pancake batter over top of the vegetable and soup mixture sprinkle the top with crumbled crackers and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
