1 Starch
1 Dairy
1 Nutritional Supplement

Suitable for all Freedom meal plans

Ingredients:
1 serving Lobster meat
¼ medium Onion, diced
½ cup Celery, diced
½ cup Carrots, diced
¼ cup Corn
1 packet MWLC Creamy Chicken Soup
1 cup 1% Milk
1 tsp fresh Thyme
Ground Black Pepper to taste
Unflavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Preparation:
Rinse lobster off under cold water and place in a bowl, pour the milk in the bowl over the lobster.

Spray medium pan with unflavored cooking spray, add diced celery, carrots and onion saute for 3-4 minutes.

Remove lobster from the milk and set aside. Whisk in MWLC Creamy Chicken Soup until fully incorporated.

Add the milk the lobster soaked in to the soup mixture, mixing well. Add corn, fresh thyme and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10-15 minutes

Place lobster in a large pan of boiling water, boil 10-12 minutes until lobster is a bright vivid red color.

Add lobster meat and allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes to build the lobster flavor
